2. Final Sale Policy To ensure that every researcher receives pristine, uncontaminated materials, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or orders made in error. This policy is in place to guarantee that no product in our inventory has been exposed to sub-optimal conditions outside of our laboratory.

3. Eligibility for Replacements or Credits We stand behind the quality of our products and the reliability of our logistics. A replacement or store credit may be issued only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged Shipments: If a vial or container arrives broken or compromised during transit.

  • Order Discrepancies: If the item received does not match the product listed on your invoice.

4. Reporting Window Any issues regarding your order must be reported to our support team at sales@milehighcompouns.site within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and high-resolution photographs of the unopened, damaged, or incorrect items to expedite the review process.

5. Shipping & Seizures

  • Address Accuracy: We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds In the event that a refund is approved by our team, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that for Cryptocurrency (USDT/Bitcoin) refunds, the amount will be processed based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction to account for market volatility.
